Homeowners insurance is a specific type of property Insurance most commonly known as Hazard Insurance. Homeowners Insurance may consist of other types of structures affiliated with personal occupancy insurance including tenants ( renters ) and condominium owners. Homeowners Insurance covers a variety of perils which include damage or loss by fire, storm, theft, and it may insure the owner for accidental injury or death for which the owner may be legally liable for.
A standard Homeowners policy is composed of several parts of coverage:
