Participants in this live online workshop will learn how to plan a competency-modeling project, communicate and gain support for it, use resource panels and interviews\u00a0to collect data, analyze and code interview transcripts, write job models, and develop applications. Each participant will also have an opportunity to review his\/her back home project plan, implementation plan, and challenges, and receive consulting help from a Workitect consultant\/instructor.<\/p>\n
